From 15 local service centers, we serve the greater San Francisco Bay Area from Santa Rosa in the north, to Monterey in the south and east to Sacramento.

    We are looking for an individual who has a great attitude, has the ability to make things work more efficiently and can help provide excellent service to our employees and customers. The Regional Customer Service Representative provides administrative support to the operations and field staff working out of our Livermore office. 


    -Provide administrative support to field staff such as: mail distribution, payroll envelope preparation, typing and editing of documents, office supply orders, corporate forms maintenance, etc.

    -Answer and direct incoming calls. Deliver messages to customers and field teams. Maintain contact lists.

    -Review, collate and ensure accuracy of payroll and job tickets

    -Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and coordination

    -Act as liaison between the corporate and field offices

    -Comfortable with dogs since we are a dog friendly office.



    -Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    -Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
